MLM Downline – Using The Telephone To Grow Your MLM Downline

In previous articles I have discussed what it’s going to take to really grow and explode your MLM downline. I’ve went into great detail about using the 4 step process and not using what’s typically taught in this industry. As you’ve noticed I have not mentioned any special tools that will get it done for you. It does not matter how good you get, there will never be an automated tool that will grow your mlm downline for you. If there is a tool that’ll do all of the work for you then we are all in big trouble because the network marketing companies won’t need us anymore because they’ll just use the tools themselves.
Network marketing will always be a relationship business and since we know that approaching strangers face to face is slow and a waste of time and energy that means there’s only tool that you need that will help you grow your mlm downline. That single tool is the telephone. You don’t need an internet connection to grow your business and you don’t even need a computer, but if you have a problem with dealing with people over the phone then you better just get out there in the hot son with your brochures and business cards. Even if you use the internet, you’ll still need to follow up over the phone.
You can talk to more people over the phone in one day than you ever could in an entire yea doing belly to belly marketing. Instead of flying to California to meet a prospect and then flying to New York to meet another. You can just get unlimited long distance and call those same two people and spend about 30 minutes with each. You can grow your mlm downline in just 6 months, not years. There are thousands of lead brokers that can sell you leads of people who may already have an interest in your products and service and you can find these companies directly from the phone book.
You would need a pretty big and expensive hotel room to train hundreds of people. Or you could get a conference call line and hold these same meetings for free without needing to leave your home. In the time it takes you to reserve a hotel room at the Best Western, I would have already hosted a 30 minute presentation call and enrolled 5 new people into my mlm downline.
I have learned to refer to my phone as my double edged sword because it is the life blood of training and growing my mlm downline. Unlimited long distance is dirt cheap now and there are even VOIP services that offer it for free.
